Prime Activities is operated by Prime Taxi Hub, New Delhi, India. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size and anything you write in the message. We also record which page the enquiry came from and, where present, the campaign that referred you.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. There is no checkout here.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, check availability with the operator running the experience, send you a quote, and if you book, issue your voucher and pass the necessary details to that operator. We also use aggregate figures to understand which experiences people ask about.

Who we share it with

Only the operator delivering the experience you booked, and only the details they need to deliver it: usually names, group size, date, pickup point and any dietary or accessibility requirements you told us about.

We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for three years so we can handle repeat bookings and any dispute. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Cookies

The site uses cookies only where needed to keep it working and, if analytics are enabled, to count visits in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies.

Write to info@primetaxihub.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within thirty days.
