Who we are
Prime Activities is an experiences booking service operated by Prime Taxi Hub, New Delhi, India. Contact us at info@primetaxihub.com or +91 92593 26865.
Our role
We arrange experiences delivered by independent local operators. The operator is responsible for delivering the experience itself and for the safety of its equipment, vehicles and staff. We are responsible for arranging your booking accurately and for supporting you if something goes wrong.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices and may change with group size, season and pickup point. Your booking exists only once we have sent you a written quote, you have confirmed it, and payment has been received.
Payment
Payment is taken after you accept a quote. We will never ask for card details over WhatsApp or by email. Once confirmed, the quoted price does not change.
Changes and cancellations
The cancellation window that applies to your booking is stated on the experience page and repeated on your quote. Where you cancel outside a free-cancellation window, the operator's charges apply and we pass those on without adding anything.
If an operator cancels, or weather makes an experience unsafe, you may choose a full refund or an alternative date.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate names, ages and contact details. Tell us in advance about medical conditions, pregnancy, mobility needs or dietary requirements that could affect suitability. Arrive at the stated time; operators are not obliged to wait, and no-shows are not refundable.
Travel documents and insurance
Visas, passports and travel insurance are your responsibility. We strongly recommend insurance that covers the activities you have booked.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking you made with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
